15/03/2024: What a great discovery... Passing through Brive-la-Gaillarde, we just wanted to eat quietly and go to rest... And now we discovered the "Pizza Break" via the internet comments... The statement is spot on -you: what a nice break! The choice of pizzas is great and from the first bite: you feel that the products are fresh...
Besides, I was playful by trying a calzone with extra potato, certainly it was plentiful but what a pleasure to end up satisfied and satisfied...
In terms of reception, no fuss, it’s direct, sincere, simple; the managers give us the impression of being at home. They don't hesitate to share with you the passion for their job, their daily life and how they work as a family if you take a few minutes to start the discussion... (my wife loved the place near the stove ;o)
Too bad it's so far from Nantes and our place to return...
We recommend the burger pizza (special mention for our son).

11/05/2024: Recently taken over by new owners. It' a take away so atmosphere is of little consequence but they are very friendly and have extended the opening hours considerably. The pizzas are excellent and well priced. There is also a considerable choice. Thumbs up for this pizzeria especially for tge staying open longer. Bravo. 100% satisfied.

Overcharge on drinks; charge 33cl bottle price for a 25cl bottle. When confronted it is of course the customers’ fault but the owner manages to charge me too much anyway.
Give them some extra money; they need it.
This is the real-life experience of the “saccage” (downward spiral) of France.
Terrace full of avid smokers: disgusting.

22/03/2024: We just came back and we had a great time. Small, cozy restaurant, the staff (waitress and cook) very pleasant. Dog friendly and that’s a big plus. We will come back with great pleasure
21/03/2024: We had a great time, a meal by the fire, in a very warm and family atmosphere!
We ate well for a very reasonable price, because the quality of the meat was excellent and there was enough on the plates for us to leave with a full stomach!
The chef came by at the end of our meal to chat, which was most pleasant, and the waitress was attentive throughout. We were even surprised to have some appetizers offered to wait while our dishes were being prepared, all homemade and using local products.
Thank you for this good time!
Ps: This does not detract from the bill, but being able to offer sugar-free drinks would be a very welcome addition for people with diabetes ❤️💉

The only problem is they don't take restaurant tickets!
But recommended for cooking!

On the other hand, the wait was long.
€28 for 2 takeaway pizzas for "basics" is quite expensive and unfortunately tasteless. The dough is very thin and undercooked and the ingredients have no taste.
