28/08/2026: Absolutely delicious, I highly recommend it. Great service for the price, the manager was incredibly kind and very generous with the meat, which was also excellent.

23/08/2026: Okay, first off, don't bother looking for photos, I didn't post any because I just devoured the food without thinking. We had to wait until 1:45 PM to get a table, but it was worth it and I'd do it again in a heartbeat. So we ordered the duck confit (oh my god, the potatoes were amazing!!!) which came with a walnut mustard, oh my god!!!! We also had a porcini mushroom omelet. It sounds simple, but it was truly exceptional. How did they do it??? Apparently, it's a grandmother's recipe. Anyway, for dessert, walnut cake (oh my!) with walnut ice cream, walnut ice cream soufflé, and fromage blanc with homemade jam (hooray for pears!). In short, finally, the long-awaited holiday restaurant.

23/08/2026: We went for lunch on a Sunday in August without a reservation, and they gave us a table without any problem; we just had to walk around until something became available. The food was exquisite, and they adapted the dishes for children. The mushroom omelet was a 10/10, and the duck breast was excellent as well. The terrace is lovely; the grapevine gives it a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

26/08/2026: A delight from amuse-bouche to dessert. Everything is perfectly executed: the cooking, the flavor combinations, and the presentation. The service is attentive and relaxed. A truly wonderful experience that will leave us with lasting memories. It richly deserves its Michelin star.

Served efficiently and warmly in a cozy setting. The tasting menu is a delight for the senses at a very affordable price for a Michelin-starred restaurant. A comprehensive and reasonably priced wine list.

30/08/2026: Excellent restaurant in Brive. The blind tasting menu included an amuse-bouche, two starters, a main course, dessert, and wine pairing: fantastic! (see photos). The service was young and energetic. Good value for money, I think. Very pleasant setting. I highly recommend this restaurant.

30/08/2026: We were very surprised and rather disappointed with lunch this Friday compared to our previous meals at this restaurant. I think the fish was frozen and not very good, and the starter was extremely small. I hope it was just a problem in the kitchen that day. These things happen. What a shame!

29/08/2026: A pleasant surprise during our overnight stay in Egletons. The restaurant was excellent. Original, entirely homemade cuisine and warm service. All this at a reasonable price for the quality. Highly recommended!

19/08/2026: ✅Scamming: - Crêpe prices vary depending on the waitress, from 9 to 10 euros (or perhaps depending on the customer?) - No salad with the crêpes because it's "only available in the evening" - (Really small portion for a 10€ crêpe) - Very stale bread (when it's even given after requesting it)

28/08/2026: First time at this establishment and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and service. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal with fast service and truly friendly staff... quite rare, and worth mentioning. We will gladly return for another pleasant family meal.

25/08/2026: Truly excellent cuisine and beautiful presentation. The ingredients are fresh, seasonal, and carefully selected to create exceptional menus. Of course, a meal for two is relatively expensive, but that's to be expected when dining in a fine-dining restaurant.

12/08/2026: The food was excellent, and the staff was friendly. However, everything was served far too quickly: the aperitif hadn't even been finished before the starter arrived… the last bite of the starter hadn't been swallowed before the main course arrived… Choosing a gourmet restaurant means you want to have a good time, to take the time to appreciate the dishes… Here, everything was rushed through in under an hour and a half. A real shame, because afterwards… on top of everything else… indigestion.
