22/02/2026: There were nine of us at lunchtime today, and the service was quick and very good. Everyone loved their meal (pizza, salad, pasta, etc.), and the ice cream was excellent! A lovely surprise for all of us.

11/12/2025: A very beautiful and welcoming place with incredible friendliness from the beginning to the end of the meal, always smiling, the flammekueches are excellent, the ham hock is amazing, and the dessert is to die for, it deserves 5 stars in every way.
10/12/2025: We went into the restaurant expecting to order a dish they were advertising on the door, but once we were seated, they told us they didn't have it. The service left much to be desired. We ordered pizza, and they brought it uncut. We asked for scissors, and they told us to use the knife on the table or nothing at all. One of our group wanted to order a side of fries, since they come with the burger, but they refused, even though we could see them being served. The pizzas were at least okay, but the waiters were very unfriendly and unpleasant, and it took an hour from when we ordered until our food arrived.

28/12/2025: A mixed experience from the very first phone call: the waitress didn't seem thrilled to be welcoming a group of 14 people, and even less so when she learned there would be children.
Once there, the welcome remained cold and unfriendly. The pizzas were mediocre, small, and sparsely topped considering the price.
The service was sluggish: an order error, multiple attempts to take our order, and disjointed table service.
Nothing catastrophic, but at these prices, one expects better.
Special mention goes to the Diablo (syrup + sparkling water), which left the children perplexed.
The only real positive: my tiramisu was much better than theirs, according to my son.

09/12/2025: For a second visit, it was a success, although I wouldn't particularly recommend the pizzas. The pasta dishes and seasonal menus are worth trying. The atmosphere has lost its former charm and warmth, with the use of its old colors replaced by a somewhat outdated nautical theme that doesn't quite match the menu. Otherwise, the professionalism of the staff and the friendly atmosphere are commendable.

16/03/2026: Unacceptable! After a 30-minute wait and an incorrect order, they refused to offer any compensation. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
Especially since the salesperson started acting like a bully, in short, not very customer-oriented.

I ordered a Queen and a Chicken Barbecue pizza and was told there would be a 15-minute wait. I left more than half an hour later.
Once I got home, none of my orders were correct: a Queen without mushrooms and a Hawaiian instead of Chicken Barbecue.
I called again and was told they would remake the pizza right away. I demanded, and felt I was within my rights, compensation. I mentioned I would get an ice cream and a drink. I went back to get the correct pizza. I was greeted by the person who took my order, who told me I had no right to make demands over the phone. I immediately cut him off, explaining that 30 minutes plus a bad pizza was excessive. The explanation was a new computer system. No problem, I understand that, but to be almost aggressive when the mistake was theirs is unacceptable!

22/02/2026: I would like to point out that the Domino's restrooms were particularly dirty when I visited. They were so filthy that I had to clean most of it myself before I could use them. This is unacceptable for a public establishment, and I hope that measures will be taken to ensure a minimum level of hygiene for customers.
08/02/2026: Very disappointed. I ordered two Savoyard pizzas without bacon, which were replaced with mushrooms. Despite a very fast delivery (9 minutes after placing the order), the pizzas arrived with bacon.
Yes, it was a last-minute order before closing time, but it was accepted! So the guidelines must be followed!
Speed doesn't make up for anything! I now remember why I stopped ordering from you!!!
Since the pizzeria was closed, it was impossible to return.

27/01/2026: I'm a regular Domino's customer, but this time the wait was already very long, and my pizza was burnt. I went to see them, and they brought the manager over, who then spoke to me arrogantly. Another day, you can see the kitchen from the outside, and this same manager was picking his nose before putting it in his mouth and then continuing to prepare the pizza dough. That was the last straw for me; I don't recommend it.

25/02/2026: I've been coming to this pizzeria for several years now, and it's by far the best.
I want to emphasize that on Sunday evening, February 22nd, only one young woman was working. From taking the order to preparing the six different pizzas, she did everything herself, quickly and flawlessly, and it was excellent.

Shameful service! If you don't like your job, think about retraining!!! We have the impression that the sooner we left, the better off the waitresses were. During the meal we wanted some wine but given the lack of participation and attention from the incapable waitresses we had time to get rid of it (1/ Only 3 could be eaten out of the totality of 2 literally inedible dishes) A pasty calzone like chewing gum and we don't talk about its filling or even less about the burata (even in supermarkets it is not as powdery and bad)🙄. The Milanese escalope which has probably been hanging around for a while, not to mention the pasta and a bland sauce like I've never seen before. We are going to pay not even an ounce of interest wondering if it was or other NOTHING!!!! However, the setting is magnificent and the boss adorable. Fortunately his intervention at the time of our departure took place. Attentive, kind and humorous boss. As a restaurant executive I would be ashamed to have such service and cuisine like that (I wonder what they eat during the staff meal before service) What a shame for his boss who honestly deserves everyone to ride on roulettes given his location and his person himself but his team does not give him any credit.
Ps: the 3 stars are only for the support of this poor boss who deserves it for himself.

16/09/2024: Cool location in Ensisheim. You could get lost in the winding rooms, but luckily you'll be guided to the table ;-) No, I think it's really nice!
There's a lot going on and the staff is really challenged. Nevertheless, you will be served quickly.
The food is very good, the portions are large. The price-performance ratio is definitely right.
