It is possible to eat on site and it is always a treat whether delivered or taken away.
The people are very welcoming.
The place is charming and you can also buy a wide choice of products from Italy in their grocery store.
I highly recommend them.

28/12/2025: A mixed experience from the very first phone call: the waitress didn't seem thrilled to be welcoming a group of 14 people, and even less so when she learned there would be children.
Once there, the welcome remained cold and unfriendly. The pizzas were mediocre, small, and sparsely topped considering the price.
The service was sluggish: an order error, multiple attempts to take our order, and disjointed table service.
Nothing catastrophic, but at these prices, one expects better.
Special mention goes to the Diablo (syrup + sparkling water), which left the children perplexed.
The only real positive: my tiramisu was much better than theirs, according to my son.

23/12/2025: Having eaten there a while ago and enjoyed it, I ordered two pizzas yesterday via Deliveroo. They took almost two hours to arrive, were cold, and of a quality equivalent to industrially frozen pizza—tasteless and very disappointing. Perhaps there has been a change of ownership since then. What a shame.

11/12/2025: A very beautiful and welcoming place with incredible friendliness from the beginning to the end of the meal, always smiling, the flammekueches are excellent, the ham hock is amazing, and the dessert is to die for, it deserves 5 stars in every way.
10/12/2025: We went into the restaurant expecting to order a dish they were advertising on the door, but once we were seated, they told us they didn't have it. The service left much to be desired. We ordered pizza, and they brought it uncut. We asked for scissors, and they told us to use the knife on the table or nothing at all. One of our group wanted to order a side of fries, since they come with the burger, but they refused, even though we could see them being served. The pizzas were at least okay, but the waiters were very unfriendly and unpleasant, and it took an hour from when we ordered until our food arrived.

However, this commitment has disappeared from your website without explanation. It also included a promise of "annual reporting," essential for allowing consumers to track your progress.
When do you plan to publicly republish this commitment and share the progress made in this area?

04/01/2026: We placed an order by phone today, Sunday, January 4, 2026. After placing the order, we were told it would take 45 minutes. An hour and 20 minutes later, the delivery driver arrived, but the card reader wasn't working, and no compensation was offered. Upon opening the order, we noticed that instead of sandwiches, we received salads, even though the person we spoke to had rephrased our order over the phone. To top it all off, the owner preferred to send his driver back to retrieve the order and throw it away rather than offer it for free. I've rarely seen such a ludicrous situation; luckily, ridicule isn't fatal. Don't waste your time; there are plenty of restaurant owners who know how to be professional and admit their mistakes.

Arancini with ragout are super tasty!
The best pizzas I've had since I've been abroad.
Within a 60 km radius, you won't find anything like them.
They're beyond comparison.
I've tried several in both Switzerland and Germany. Pizza Italia Express is perfect!

09/12/2025: For a second visit, it was a success, although I wouldn't particularly recommend the pizzas. The pasta dishes and seasonal menus are worth trying. The atmosphere has lost its former charm and warmth, with the use of its old colors replaced by a somewhat outdated nautical theme that doesn't quite match the menu. Otherwise, the professionalism of the staff and the friendly atmosphere are commendable.

Shameful service! If you don't like your job, think about retraining!!! We have the impression that the sooner we left, the better off the waitresses were. During the meal we wanted some wine but given the lack of participation and attention from the incapable waitresses we had time to get rid of it (1/ Only 3 could be eaten out of the totality of 2 literally inedible dishes) A pasty calzone like chewing gum and we don't talk about its filling or even less about the burata (even in supermarkets it is not as powdery and bad)🙄. The Milanese escalope which has probably been hanging around for a while, not to mention the pasta and a bland sauce like I've never seen before. We are going to pay not even an ounce of interest wondering if it was or other NOTHING!!!! However, the setting is magnificent and the boss adorable. Fortunately his intervention at the time of our departure took place. Attentive, kind and humorous boss. As a restaurant executive I would be ashamed to have such service and cuisine like that (I wonder what they eat during the staff meal before service) What a shame for his boss who honestly deserves everyone to ride on roulettes given his location and his person himself but his team does not give him any credit.
Ps: the 3 stars are only for the support of this poor boss who deserves it for himself.

18/09/2024: I'm really disappointed it's been twice have tried to call and no one answers the phone or else it rings busy
16/09/2024: Cool location in Ensisheim. You could get lost in the winding rooms, but luckily you'll be guided to the table ;-) No, I think it's really nice!
There's a lot going on and the staff is really challenged. Nevertheless, you will be served quickly.
The food is very good, the portions are large. The price-performance ratio is definitely right.

16/09/2024: Delivery man supposedly did not come to the bottom of the door even though I had been waiting for almost 30 minutes with the children in front. I had to make an express meal because my children resume at 1 p.m.
I absolutely do not recommend
Zero service, go on your way and go to the kebab shop, they make the best pizzas

20 minutes before the scheduled time and 30 minutes after, almost an hour in front of my house waiting, it's the last time I order from you!
