08/09/2026: A quaint little bistro in Caux, France. The steak was quite good—although, being from Texas, we’re pretty particular when it comes to our meat! The crème brûlée, however, was absolutely outstanding. Service was adequate, though like many businesses around here, they seem to operate on their own schedule!
