The dough is soft and crispy
On the other hand, more than 1 hour of waiting between each dish... endless for a Tuesday evening!

22/03/2024: There are 10 of us, 2 do not drink, they have to leave the premises even though there is no one in the bar, we do not recommend, unpleasant waitress who threatens us by saying that she is going to bring back the colleague!!!!!

11/03/2024: We report allergic to vinegar and the risotto arrives covered with salad vinaigrette We send the plate back they just remove the salad and put balsamic vinegar all around the plate My husband does not eat I ask what vegetables with the sea bass I am told that the accompaniment is vegetables carrots, asparagus the dish arrives with mainly black rice Only my older one enjoys his pizza and not even a commercial gesture We are terribly disappointed

01/04/2024: This hotel offers very comfortable beds and well soundproofed rooms, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The buffet breakfast is decent (if a bit pricey) and its proximity to just a 10-minute drive from Mont Saint-Michel makes it a convenient choice.
I recommend !
