21/02/2026: I was extremely disappointed by the quality of the pizzas at Domino's Essey. There was barely any mozzarella, and the toppings were minimal... It felt like eating a crust with almost nothing on it. When I reported the problem to the manager, instead of trying to understand or offer a solution, he gave me incoherent and unprofessional explanations. He completely ignored customer feedback. For the price I paid, I expect much better quality and service. A very bad experience; I do not recommend it.

12/02/2026: Ordered 5 pizzas, requesting classic crust, not thin crust. Our pizzas arrived with such a thin crust that we could barely taste the very light toppings. If you can even call them toppings, because they were so minimal we couldn't taste anything. Almost all the pizzas tasted the same and were very dry. We are extremely disappointed, especially since this isn't the first time. And when I called last time, I received very poor service on the phone.
