17/04/2026: Yesterday evening, Wednesday, April 15, 2026, my wife and I went to pick up five pizzas—if you can even call them pizzas. They were the worst pizzas I've ever eaten in my life, from the shape and thickness of the crust to the taste and the size of the pizzas themselves. They were size 31, not even 33! So much for their profit margins! What's more, the woman took our money well before the pizzas were even made. The pizzas were all burnt around the edges, the crust was so thin I've never seen anything like it, and the size... well, let's not even go there. As I told my wife, if it were up to me, I'd have to blame them! I wouldn't have even ordered after we were looking for something to eat quickly because we finally arrived from Marseille a bit late and there wasn't much open. The pizzas are expensive, not good, burnt, small, and thin. Frankly, I strongly advise against going there, and those who do go have never tasted real Neapolitan pizza. Honestly, the worst part is the woman. I asked her about the size of the pizza, and since they offered two different doughs, she told me, "No, we don't make that one anymore because it costs us too much?" So, it costs her too much, but she continues to charge her customers exorbitant prices. Unbelievable! I'll never go back, that's for sure, and trust me, I've eaten some good pizzas in my life! The car smelled of burnt dough rather than ingredients. The staff were very stressed and extremely anxious, and you could tell... VERY DISAPPOINTED. DISGUSTING.

16/03/2026: The "big appetite" menu is very appealing: a glass of wine, salad, pizza, dessert, and coffee for €25 – excellent!

16/05/2026: We were wondering if we were bothering them with such a rude welcome. The waitress didn't even say hello and apparently couldn't form a sentence. "Drink" was all she asked if we'd made our choice, and "cherry" to find out who had ordered the cherry Coke. Luckily, a waiter took over afterward, and I'm grateful to him.

16/05/2026: Excellent atmosphere and the meal was superb as well; we were lucky enough to be served and attended to during our meal by a smiling Nathan. Honestly, fantastic!

26/04/2026: Today we placed an order totaling €61.75, including two McExtreme "2 meat" meals at €17.90 each… and neither burger had a patty. So we paid for double the meat, and we received a bun with filling. This is unacceptable, especially at that price. We are extremely disappointed, particularly since we were regular customers. Clearly, this kind of mistake makes us question our desire to return. A minimum of checking before serving would prevent this kind of situation.

25/04/2026: I wanted to leave a very positive review for Jordan at McDonald’s Essey. Despite a few minutes' wait to finalize my order, he remained very friendly, professional, and pleasant throughout the entire service. It's truly wonderful to encounter someone so dedicated and kind. Thank you so much to him for his hospitality!

16/04/2026: We shared some wonderful family moments with a team that was excellent in every way. That said, the atmosphere wasn't great because some parents weren't keeping their children in line, and nobody said anything. We went outside, but a group of young people were smoking weed, and we couldn't find a place to sit. It's just a shame.

04/05/2026: Disastrous. Audrey had gone on her 30-minute break (it was 11:40 am), and there was only one person to serve me. A man cut four loaves of country bread for me (they were mushy because they were cut too hot...). We went to get Audrey, and she came back with her head dragging on the floor... what a lovely atmosphere. Avoid this store.
