La pasta della pizza ha una lunga lievitazione ed è molto digeribile

But disappointing result, lots of cheese to compensate for the lack of ingredients, thick dough, undercooked and not at all crispy...
Neapolitan pizza a little tomato, a few anchovies that fight a duel, a handful of capers and a lot of cheese…. Nothing Neapolitan ☹️😟
