28/02/2024: I ordered three takeaway pizzas on Saturday 24/02. So I came to collect them and what shocked me the most was the woman at reception. She looks down on you and didn't even want to take care of me, I waited almost 15 minutes without her asking me if I was coming to pick up an order. I went to see the pizza maker to get my pizzas. Your character and your behavior really leave something to be desired, especially at your age. Good manners and politeness should be required when running a cash register and dealing with customers.
