03/03/2026: Nothing to say, very good pizza
13/02/2026: We've been ordering from Paton for years (since around 2010) and never had a problem, but since the change of ownership, the quality has plummeted. It's already hard to find a pizzeria that offers fresh ingredients, and now it's impossible. Before, the pizzas were generous and reasonably priced. The prices haven't changed, but the sizes are simply a rip-off. The "26cm" has become a tiny portion; the box is 26cm, but the pizza itself isn't. The amount of ingredients on the pizza has decreased, and imagine my surprise when, after asking for extra Boursin cheese because the usual quantity had shrunk, I was told it was frozen. Frozen? Wasn't it supposed to be fresh, as always indicated on the website, which, by the way, hasn't been updated since the change of ownership? In addition to the crust being incredibly thin and cardboard-like, the mozzarella is tasteless, unlike its previous delicious flavor, and there's no extra topping given its A4-sheet thickness, leaving a strange aftertaste.
We had already noticed a decline in quality with our previous orders; a hair on the pizza when some young people came to work there in August 2025, a significant reduction in the quantity of ingredients, and the lack of extra toppings (the mozzarella topping is ultimately the same amount of cheese as if we hadn't ordered it at all; we'd encountered this problem before). We decided to return anyway, thinking it was only temporary. The service was very unfriendly and impersonal. We will miss this pizzeria and its former high-quality products.
For your information: the meat is halal, which means that all the pizzas that previously included excellent bacon and ham have been replaced with an unknown product—a complete lack of honesty.
