25/05/2026: Hello, absolutely avoid this place!!! I ordered two pizzas, which my son picked up (I live in the neighboring town of Mitry-Mory). One of the pizzas was badly burnt. After calling the pizzeria, they agreed to make us a replacement to satisfy their customers. However, after my son returned a second time to pick up the pizza, the attendant demanded the burnt pizza in exchange and sent him back to retrieve it without any discussion, as he wanted to throw it away. After I called for an explanation, he wanted my son to come back a third time with the burnt pizza, which my son refused because he was tired. In this situation, Spizza should have offered to deliver the replacement pizza in exchange for the burnt one; that would have been fairer and more equitable. Finally, I want to clarify that my family and I have been customers of theirs for over 10 years, and it's not the first time we've received burnt pizzas, but yesterday was the first and only complaint because we will no longer order from them given how they treat their customers when they are at fault. Go to Kocak in Villeparisis or Azo in Mitry-Mory-le-Neuf; they are real businesses.

24/05/2026: The very unpleasant gentleman at reception kept glancing at us sideways throughout the meal, and then, just as we were leaving, he started to fuss over us without even saying goodbye or thank you – very impolite.

29/03/2026: Hello Pizza Tradition, last night I really enjoyed your carbonara pizza, although it smelled a bit like alcohol. My mother liked it too, but my sister said it didn't taste like it. Don't listen to people who tell you that at 8:15 or 9 pm you've ordered too much and that you can't do anything about it. I really enjoyed it. On Friday night, I had a friend over, and before going to her place, she didn't hesitate to give me kisses. And thank you for making my pizza early because I wasn't going to wait until 8:15 pm. 30/12/2025: The food (two large vegetarian pizzas with chili oil + three cans of Coca-Cola/a carafe of water) was excellent, the atmosphere was calm and peaceful, so the noise level was perfect for family conversations. We would gladly return!
