21/09/2026: Extremely disappointed with this experience! I received pizzas that were far too burnt, practically inedible. And as if that wasn't enough, I had to wait over 40 minutes in total! The indicated pick-up time slot was completely ignored. Once I arrived, I was told there would be another 10-minute wait, which ultimately turned into an additional 25 minutes. Making customers wait that long only to serve them burnt pizzas is simply unacceptable 😡 A total lack of professionalism and respect for customers. One thing is for sure, I will never come back to pick up pizzas from you again!

11/09/2026: The pizza was overcooked and not what we ordered. We ordered Bolognese sauce and received chorizo and a semblance of meat, so we don't know what kind of meat it was.
