07/01/2024: Je me dois de laisser un avis car le dernier avis entache la réputation du lieu.
La personne a fait preuve de méchanceté et d'ingratitude.
Quand on vient manger des pizzas depuis des années, que tout se passe bien et que la seule fois où on fait une demande (6 pizzas à 15min de la fermeture...) qui se voit refusée, on vient laisser un avis négatif ? Le monde va mal à cause de ce genre de personnes.
Bref revenons en à la pizzeria !
La personne est accueillante, chaleureuse et ses pizzas sont très bonnes !
La pâte est fine et la pizza ne manque pas de garniture.
Je recommande la parmentière et la gersoise qui sont succulentes !

You wait in front of the storefront before opening after calling without answer and upon opening you are told 50 minutes for pizzas.
Certainly the prices are reasonable or even standard, but the quality is just acceptable or even average.
More than mixed results.

07/01/2024: Since the change of ownership, it is undoubtedly the best bread in Castelsarrasin. The Aveyron balls or crowns, country bread, or even the traditional baguette are very, very good. Thank you to them for taking over this bakery and perpetuating artisanal know-how without giving in to pseudo bakery chains!
