22/01/2026: Tiny pizzas, exorbitant prices, no more beer, and I just discovered that the meat is now 100% halal. Customer service via email is useless except for responding with platitudes. Pizza Hut is finished for me.
19/01/2026: I recently ordered from Pizza Hut Créteil (Chicken Barbecue and Pizza Lover) and was extremely disappointed.
The toppings were practically nonexistent, the pizzas were bland, and there was more dough than actual ingredients.
The quality has been declining with each order, while the prices remain consistently high.
This chain clearly prioritizes profit over quality. I will not be ordering again.
