06/08/2026: This takeaway pizzeria in Cavalair has been around for a few years now. They have really, really good pitzas. The owners are wonderful, very friendly people, always available to customers. I've been a customer for a very long time, and I can't say otherwise. 🩷🩷🩷🩷 You can eat in, take away, and they deliver with very friendly staff. What could be better? Everything is delicious!
05/08/2026: The pizzas were okay, though a bit burnt; the dough was like a dry biscuit that had been forgotten in a cupboard. In my case, I was disappointed because we waited 45 minutes for pizzas that weren't all that great. Finally, kudos to the staff who seemed overwhelmed but still managed to be helpful.

It's a shame to have to negotiate with a negotiator who most likely has no one to assist her, as it's difficult for her to assist herself.
She does an appraisal over the phone without ever having seen the property.
She involves her partner, who has absolutely nothing to do with the matter!
Run away from these strange people!

Under no circumstances should you sign ANY contracts with them. They offer no customer service whatsoever, neither to tenants nor landlords, and are extremely unpleasant to boot…
