We just tasted the Machja bread, flavored with wild Corsican herbs, and the Esmeralda bread, scented with fennel. What a subtle taste, what a delight! Truly wonderful, congratulations on these very successful combinations.
June 14:
Tasted the Gaia bread, soft and tender. It's a real treat to be able to eat such good, healthy bread. The welcome on Rue du Bac was very friendly.

However, the pizza dough is very sticky and thick – a real shame because the concept is great.

16/05/2026: We shared a delicious meal (the aioli was generous and flavorful) as a family in a very pleasant setting. The desserts were simply delicious and plentiful! Special mention goes to the very friendly and attentive service.
15/05/2026: My family invited me to L'Oustaou for my birthday this Friday, May 15, 2026.
Everything was excellent.
From the Oustaou non-alcoholic cocktails and mojitos, to the burgers and mussels, and finally the salted caramel and dessert platter.
We really enjoyed the homemade fries 😊.
The staff wished me a happy birthday when we had dessert.
That was really nice.
We highly recommend this restaurant.

17/05/2026: Disgusting pizza, avoid at all costs! I ordered three pizzas, they were overcooked, the crust was inedible, and the Corsica had three tiny slices of grilled figatelli sausage. I regret spending 42 euros. I've been ordering from them for years; now I'm done, I'm switching to another place.
04/05/2026: Beware, my son was sick all night, vomiting, and my daughter-in-law had the same thing a few weeks ago, so we'll never set foot in there again. We used to go there often a few years ago, and besides, the pizzas aren't even good anymore.
