02/01/2026: I celebrated my son's confirmation at this restaurant, which had reserved the back room for us. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. My opinion was very positive until I discovered the dishonesty of the customer service. My loyalty card didn't register the points for that day (even though I spent money on it), and they told me they were sorry but couldn't credit my card. I am disappointed and outraged by this attitude, especially since I am a loyal customer.
