The dough and cheese are still just as good, but unfortunately, the other ingredients aren't as good as they used to be. I've also noticed a change in the pizza itself; it doesn't taste the same as it used to. It also seems like the person making the pizzas has changed, and that's reflected in the result. It's a shame, because I really enjoyed your pizzas. Personally, I'd prefer a price increase if it meant getting back to the quality you used to offer. I hope you'll take this as constructive feedback, because I'd like to see the pizzas that made your reputation go back to normal.

08/06/2026: As a loyal customer for many years, I'm disappointed to see that the portion sizes have significantly decreased in recent months. The pizzas seem less topped than before, even though the prices haven't gone down. When I came to pick up my order recently, I also noticed there was a new pizza chef. I don't know if it's related, but the change was noticeably reduced in the size of the pizzas. It's a shame, because that was one of the pizzeria's strong points. I hope this feedback will be taken into account, as I'd like to see the return of the quality and generous portions that kept me coming back all these years.

09/07/2026: I wanted to share my experience after ordering a Crousty pizza from Domino’s. A few hours after eating it, I started feeling very unwell: severe abdominal pain, dizziness, and a fever of 40°C (104°F). My condition required a visit to the emergency room, where I underwent several tests. The tests revealed a Campylobacter infection. This also caused me to lose 5 kg (11 lbs) in just 24 hours. I then called the pizzeria to report the situation and ask to speak to a manager. I was simply told to call back later because they were busy. I find this reaction very disappointing. When a customer calls to report such a serious health problem, the least they could do is take the time to listen, take their contact information, and offer to call back. None of this was done: I was simply asked to call back myself, which I will not do. I cannot definitively state the source of this contamination, but Campylobacter is a bacterium that can be linked to contaminated food or poor hygiene during food preparation. I sincerely hope this pizzeria will review its hygiene and food handling procedures to prevent other customers from having a similar experience. Beyond the food issue, I am particularly disappointed by the lack of consideration and seriousness in the handling of my complaint. A customer service department that doesn't take the time to listen to a customer facing such a serious health problem is clearly inadequate.

03/06/2026: A kitchen nightmare for Mother's Day! Three hours for just an aperitif and a main course. The service was a disaster, the food was sloppy, and to top it all off, the "owner" barely apologized and tried to justify himself. We asked for a discount, and he told us no, because we had been served and we had eaten. Yes, sir, I did eat, indeed, but I paid for appalling service! So no, I don't plan on returning anytime soon. Sunset (non-alcoholic exotic fruit cocktail) -> very good. Soufflé calzone (tomatoes, mozzarella, ham, egg yolk, oregano) -> meh.

17/06/2026: What a great experience at Woodiz Pizza! The staff were incredibly accommodating and patient with my best attempt at speaking French. They quickly jumped in to help and happily switched to English, which made us feel very welcome. As for the pizza....well, it speaks for itself! Fresh, delicious, and full of flavor. Every bite was fantastic. Service was fast! We’re visiting from Canada and will definitely miss Woodiz Pizza when we head home. Thank you again for the wonderful food and hospitality.
