Now, if you order through the app and select "pay upon delivery" when you pick up your order, they no longer initiate the process. They wait for you to pay at the counter before initiating the order. As a result, there's no point in ordering if you're going to wait 20-25 minutes longer than the estimated delivery time. No apologies and no compensation. This will be the last time for me, and yet I'm a loyal customer.
