11/05/2024: We had burgers for lunch and they were excellent.
The cuisine is very correct as well as the prices which are average for huts and restaurants in Canet.
I think we must continue to use and enrich local products.
In terms of decoration, the straw hut is very nice and very clean. I recommend Les Voiles Blanches.
For homemade red sangria, a small remark: let it massage for longer with the fruit, it will only be better.

30/03/2024: Pleasant surprise, welcome, very pleasant service. Attentive staff. The dishes are homemade, hearty and tasty. Choice of menu and suggestion of daily specials depending on the availability of fresh produce. I highly recommend. Thanks again to the manager for this welcome.
24/03/2024: Homemade cuisine, the owner with the super friendly service and his wife behind the stove to concoct good homemade dishes for us.
Very good atmosphere, lots of people you have to book.

10/05/2024: We came to eat at this restaurant on a Thursday evening and we were not disappointed.
I had a crusted salmon steak which was excellent and the accompanying vegetables were also excellent. My companion had mussels and fries, the taste was there but the quantity was a little light. We had dessert to be satisfied. The red fruit mojito cocktails are delicious. The service was pleasant even if we had dirty cutlery for dessert they were quickly changed

Home and kitchen everything was perfect.
01/04/2024: Absolute well-being when leaving the “Vedettes”.
We were seated on the terrace facing the sea.
The team is top notch, friendly and professional.
Fresh products. A treat for the taste buds. Proposal of a delicious beer/pineapple drink which was just the beginning of a meal that was perfect in every way down to one detail which is not one for us: the bread.

The meal was OK, but the ice cream served without anything for the price we paid, I was very disappointed.
10/09/2023: 3rd visit in the space of 2 years and still perfect.
The dishes are fabulous and the owner and her staff are just adorable! The menu offers a wide choice of dishes, all based on fresh produce (you can feel it from the first bite!) and the shaded terrace is absolutely beautiful.
Only (small) downside: the heat... although we are in the shade and in the open air, the configuration of the place and the huge planchas in the kitchens (open to the room) mean that the temperature in the room can quickly rise !

02/04/2024: When we arrived in Carnet, we initially didn't have high expectations of the restaurants directly on the promenade. But La Paillote was very convincing! The leg of lamb with vegetables was really excellent - tender and the vegetables were very lovingly chopped and prepared. The César salad (which we modified with vinegar and oil) was also absolutely delicious. The service and the owner were very courteous, nice and funny.
21/03/2024: Lunch with my husband on the outdoor terrace last Sunday.
Ambient music with covers, really very cool.
Very good wine that was suggested to us, and an exquisite meal, the half-cooked tuna I enjoyed, and the lemon tart with its original presentation, excellent.
Attention to our little dog upon our arrival, with a bowl of water.
Thank you for this moment we will obviously come back.

Offering à la carte dishes.
Fresh, good quality products. It is advisable to book, as it is a small establishment and places are expensive.
Very nice surprise, the whole family enjoyed it.
Delicious, generous dishes, the cooking of the tuna was perfect!!!! Ultra gourmet desserts, special mention to the French toast style brioche which was delicious.
I recommend this establishment.
We will come back very soon!
