13/08/2026: A disastrous experience!
On August 12th, my 60th birthday, we had booked an evening with four friends. An oriental-themed evening with a buffet! Seating was scheduled for 9 pm.
We had called ahead to ask if the 9 pm seating would be the same as the 7 pm seating, with music, etc.
We arrived at 9 pm!
We ordered drinks and a bottle of champagne.
We started the appetizers at 9:30 pm, and quite a few were already missing…
The worst was yet to come… when the main courses arrived… there was only broth, a few pieces of fish, and 12 pasta dishes left!
Furious, my husband asked to see the restaurant manager, Mr. Alexandre, who mockingly replied, "There's still some fish left!"
My husband asked for the bill so we could leave this establishment! This manager sent his assistant, who was very embarrassed, to bring us the bill… he didn't even bother to bring it to us himself, or rather, to offer us the champagne! He just said, “I'll treat you to the appetizers!”
The appetizers amounted to three spoonfuls of tabbouleh each!!!!
What a lack of professionalism! Things got heated between us… And the hotel's founder politely asked us to lower our voices, saying he was sorry and that this kind of thing had never happened before! No consideration whatsoever, except to leave our contact information and call us back!
We never received a call! Just a bill for 150 euros for losing my temper and ruining my birthday!
It's shameful!
This restaurant manager should find another line of work!
13/08/2026: A truly disastrous experience!
I planned my wife's birthday for August 12th with an oriental-themed buffet dinner!
The 9 pm service arrived... everything was empty! The main courses and desserts were gone! We were given a few crumbs for the appetizers, which were graciously offered to us... because we had ordered a bottle of champagne!
The restaurant manager clearly didn't go to hospitality school to send his assistant to bring us the bill! He hid behind the bar! It was 10 pm and we had to leave the establishment without any real apology!
We ran into the hotel's founder who apologized and politely asked us to leave it at that! He told us they would call us... it's a way of getting rid of customers! Simply shameful!

20/08/2026: Absolutely excellent, the service is impeccable, the two waitresses are very friendly, and the food is perfect and plentiful.
I highly recommend it.
19/08/2026: We wanted to go into the bar because of the good music and atmosphere inside, but right in front of us, the bouncer held a man to the ground and hit him. When we intervened, the bouncer said, and I quote: "Don't get involved or I'll hit you too." The waitress didn't seem particularly shocked and didn't appear to want to intervene either. All this under the pretext that the man was disrespectful. A bouncer's job is to escort people out in these situations, not to hit them on the ground. This quickly discouraged us from going in. So, if you don't want to be thrown out and hit for whatever reason, just stay away.

After two slices, I threw the rest away for the dog.

04/09/2026: Terrible waitress. We went in for breakfast; I politely asked if she spoke English, Spanish, or Catalan, and the dark-haired, light-eyed waitress replied arrogantly, "I only speak French. We're in France." Well, my dear: you should have studied; you could have locked yourself in an office without having to deal with tourists. And these poor souls charge us €11 for two coffees and two slices of bread. It makes me want to do the same thing when they come to my country. Except I have more class. Miss waitress, good luck in life. 😉
30/08/2026: We wanted to "take advantage" of the all-you-can-eat mussels exceptionally offered on a Sunday evening.
Of course, we were expecting Spanish mussels, but not to this extent—they were overcooked and very shrunken; the second batch was slightly undercooked. The welcome was neutral, meaning there was no greeting at all, even though there were very few people (as is the case everywhere). We managed to exchange a few words with the waiter when paying (.....) Of course, we won't be returning, especially given the many similar reviews!

15/09/2024: Ristorante con prodotti italiani ma utilizzati in modo improprio: penne all'amatriciana chieste snz cipolla e arrivate con cipolla a pezzetti non commestibile da quanto fosse piccante. Sostituita con pasta in bianco sza nessun condimento (olio o burro). Spaghetti all'arrabbiata con aglio che avevamo chiesto di omettere. Caffè espresso di cattivo sapore. Ma il cuoco di qst ristorante non ha mai mangiato in Italia quello che cucina?? Conto eccessivo per qualità prezzo.
09/09/2024: Ne prenez pas de plat a emporter.!!!!!!
Le 10/7/24 un jeudi j ai commandé 4 parts de lasagnes bolognaises a emporter j ai bien précisé que c'était pour consommer le samedi.les lasagnes ont été conservés au frais immédiatement.
Le samedi soir ces plats ont été réchauffés ils avaient Surit ils étaient IMMANGEABLES 64€ de jeter a la poubelle.
Le patron a été informé mais aucune réaction et pas de geste commercial..

16/08/2024: Malgré une vue exceptionnelle, la cuisine n’est pas à la hauteur du cadre. Très déçue par mes gambas bien trop cuites, un pavé de boeuf moyen…. Pas de geste commercial d’emblée en réponse à notre déception, nous avons dû insister. Dommage
15/08/2024: Bon accueil bon emplacement l’attente longue ce qui justifie l’étoile en moins le plateau de charcuterie bon moules marinières ,menu enfants bien hamburger sauce foie gras bon également nous avons trouvé gras et un peu cher les croquettes au jambon

27/08/2024: Un accueil d excellence rarissime, une joie de manger dans ce restaurant. La cuisine est correcte. Nous reviendrons pour le plaisir d être servi par cette dame très conviviale et sympathique.
22/08/2024: Nous vous conseillons de réserver à l’avance ou de vous y rendre en début de service. La patronne est haute en couleur . Une personne qu’on oublie pas! Son équipe est aussi très sympathique. Des burgers excellents, une entrecôte fondante, une salade de chèvre chaud divine et un Pavlova léger comme un nuage ! Même les petites faims prendrons un dessert !
Nous sommes ravis d’avoir découverts ce restaurant .

02/09/2024: Nous avons commandé de très bonnes pizzas bien garnies malgré l’attente un peu longue. Les serveurs sont très agréables.
21/08/2024: Habitons à temps complet à Canet en Roussillon.
Une soirée improvisée nous décidons de commander des pizzas.
Franchement très déçus la pâte excellente mais la 4 fromages nous cherchons après le fromage.
Pizza poulet on cherche la base crème fraîche le poulet 1er prix.
Le tout pour 42€ quelle honte franchement très mauvaises quelle déception 😞
