15/01/2026: It's a beautiful spot that makes for a lovely walk starting from the village of Lamanère (1.5 hours one way).
Visit the chapel. Accommodation may be available (but I'm not familiar with it).

I highly recommend it.
19/02/2026: While passing through Prats-de-Mollo-la-Preste on February 18, 2026, my wife and I chose this restaurant somewhat by chance, following a recommendation from someone we met there who assured us that "the food is good."
We were pleasantly surprised: attentive service, a calm, unpretentious, clean, and welcoming atmosphere. We particularly appreciated the freshness of the ingredients and the very convivial ambiance.
We recommend this restaurant. Please note that we are not familiar with the hotel section, only the restaurant.

13/12/2025: The dining room is simple and very pleasant. And most importantly, the food is excellent! The picolat meatballs, duck pastilla, and amazing desserts! I recommend it 100%.

Maison Mauro Restaurant

03/12/2025: In early December Maison Mauro was a cosy, vintage-style „mountain cabin“. Wooden floors. Enough space to read and have a glass of wine. As well in the room as in the lounge. Highly recommended!
And Jean Bernards caring and attentive service was molt adorable.
