15/09/2024: In der Küche arbeiten Chefs mit enormer kreativer Professionalität. Hier trifft man auf Geschmackserlebnisse, die man sonst lange suchen muß. Wir haben hier heute zum drittenmal Sonntags innerhalb von 12 Monaten zu Mittag gegessen, das hohe Niveau ist konstant, der Service freundlich und effizient.
Es werden bevorzugt Produkte lokaler/regionaler Erzeuger verwendet, was Frische und Nachhaltigkeit vereint.
Wir können dieses Restaurant guten Gewissens ohne Vorbehalte empfehlen.

10/08/2024: My favorite pizzeria since childhood! I've been coming here since I was little, and it's always a pleasure. The pizzas are delicious and the staff are lovely. And the little extra that always pleases: a free candy each time you visit! An essential address for lovers of good pizza. 🍕

That night, children and their parents died in St Laurent de la Salanque and the neighboring businesses ceased to exist. SAIGON no longer exists except in our memory, Olivier and Juliette lost their work tools that night of fire... Rue Arago is no more....

18/05/2024: a friendly place where Brassens, Blondin or Fallet would meet! friends first: good things to eat, good wines to drink, a surrealist decor Dali is not far away, wooden tables carved with a billhook, barrels raised to place the box of tapas!! At Pierrot's or perhaps at Vincent, Paul and the others', in short it's friendship that takes the quarter and it's the simple taste of things as we like them.

29/03/2024: Au hasard de nos balades spéciales «Marché du département » , nous avons découvert cette poissonnerie aménagée en bar à huîtres, décor typique, accueil sympathique et une carte alléchante : pas de chichi, choix selon arrivage, on choisit son poisson sur l’étalage et une fois vidé il passe direct à la plancha avec un bon verre de vin, On ne peut pas faire plus frais. Tout était succulent et nous avons passé un super moment. Je recommande vivement.
