Your so-called bouncers or security staff, who are supposedly incapable of recognizing people on the premises, are clearly not qualified to do so. You should reconsider your hiring practices. He politely went to the parking lot restrooms to avoid waiting in your establishment's restrooms, given the long queues and limited number of available facilities. Upon his return, the security guard or bouncer—I'm not sure what their actual job is—was treated like dirt on the people you employ! My husband was refused entry even though we arrived at 8:30 PM to meet our family. They saw him leave and told them why he was going out and coming back.
