A very pleasant surprise!! The welcome and service were top-notch.

20/03/2026: Restaurant Le Matisse is undoubtedly the best restaurant in the Arbresle region. The quality of the food is top-notch, as are the servers. This restaurant is impeccable; I recommend it 100%.
