09/02/2026: The kebab was very dry and really disappointing. My cousin also ordered a taco, and it was just as dry. He even had to ask for extra sauce to be able to eat it.
Honestly, I don't recommend it.
05/02/2026: A huge disappointment. New owner, but completely absent: not even a greeting upon entering, no consideration for customers whatsoever.
Upon arrival, you're greeted by an empty counter, which immediately sets a bad impression.
Furthermore, there's no longer any visibility into the kitchen, which doesn't inspire confidence.
Prices have increased significantly, while the quality has clearly declined. The meat, the portions, and the taste are nothing like they used to be.
It's a shame; it used to be a good place, but that's no longer the case.

19/11/2025: Avoid at all costs! The name of the place says it all: it's like the backstage of chaos there 😂.
There are aggressive people who respect nothing, but apparently they're the "favorite customers," the "regulars" 🤔... anyway, it's a VIP atmosphere, like a Village Improbable Party. The bouncer is playing cowboy at the entrance... except he doesn't scare anyone, poor guy 🤠. The place is like a high school prom, but less organized. The DJ is useless; at one point, there's a technical problem, no sound for over 5 minutes... we were all in muted ASMR disco mode 🤣

Getting turned away two weekends in a row because you're not used to it, even though you've been back here plenty of times before.
Shuts the door in your face so you don't have to argue, even though he has no reason to refuse us entry.

Breakfast was poor (no eggs, no cold cuts).
Room was outdated.
10/10/2025: The rooms are quite worn out.
The air conditioning doesn't work.
The bathroom isn't really clean either.
The hotel service is very poor.
The staff is very unfriendly.
If you have a complaint, they can only speak French, even though they used to speak English.
The hotel smells musty.
Unfortunately, we paid in advance. If I had said I'd pay tomorrow, I wouldn't have.
We booked through Expedia and filed a complaint, but it's been going on for three weeks, so I'm definitely not happy with Expedia either. They need to do one thing with this hotel, and that's close it. You wouldn't want to be found dead in this hotel.
If you're looking for a hotel, don't choose this one; please look elsewhere. This hotel doesn't deserve any more guests.
And as you can see in the hotel's comment below, if I expect anything...
We're renovating.
It's a shame I don't have any photos.
But whoever checks the rooms regularly does this person with their eyes closed.
The air conditioning will be checked once a year because several guests are complaining about it. It didn't work.
We tried to find a solution on the spot, but they were unwilling to do anything, and management was impossible to reach.
It was just a disgusting room. Ugh.
The inspectors should definitely visit.
So, if you're looking for a hotel, please look elsewhere. You'll regret this hotel. Don't be tempted by the pool because it's freezing.
And great, if they ask for payment, say you'll do it in the morning because then you'll have seen how terrible the hotel is, and you can refuse to pay.
And the sad thing is, Expedia doesn't do anything about this complaint either. They say they'll get back to you, but you never hear anything back. We contacted them three times, and it's now been three months and we haven't heard anything.

29/12/2023: Bonjour, déjà mangé plusieurs fois dans ce restaurant à l'occasion d'une nuit à l'hôtel.
Malheureusement la qualité est de moins en moins présente... Les burgers n'étaient pas si bon et les steaks menus enfants pas assez cuits. C'est dommage car nous prenons généralement plaisir à passer la soirée ici.
Nous excusons les maladresses de la serveuse, sûrement débutante, c'est normal.
Le petit déjeuner proposé le lendemain est top !
17/12/2023: Très déçu .. on est venu à plusieurs reprise et la le service était déplorable … trop d erreurs … une surfacturation … des réductions pour ceux qui viennent de l’ibis budget mais aucune pour ceux de l’ibis accueillant le courtepaille … on déconseille vivement ce restaurant !!!
