25/03/2026: I've lost count of how many times I've been here because the welcome, the food, and the atmosphere are always top-notch! There's never a wait, the portions are generous, and the servers are welcoming and smiling. Go without hesitation!

11/03/2026: A very bad experience. I ordered a burger with a well-done patty and no salad. My order arrived with pink (bloody) meat and salad everywhere.
The fries were bland; they tasted like they were a week old and had just been reheated. To make matters worse, the prices are higher than at other restaurants in the area. Paying more for such poor service is unacceptable. I do not recommend it and I will not be returning.

18/12/2025: A very bad experience with a Cafés Richard delivery driver this morning. The vehicle was parked haphazardly, blocking the road. When I simply asked him to move his truck a little so I could get out and go to work, he refused and told me I'd just have to wait.
A truly disrespectful attitude first thing in the morning. It's a shame, as it gives the brand a very bad image.
19/10/2025: We order coffee and various products for our business.
High-quality products, the coffee is truly delicious.
Special mention to the follow-up provided by Jessim, the sales representative, and the entire team at the La Boisse warehouse. Impeccable customer service.

09/09/2024: Restaurant vieux, banquette défoncée, accueil bof, on dirait que le serveur n'a pas envie de travailler. Service poli mais très lent. 1h30 pour manger le midi alors qu'il y a très peu de monde.
Nourriture comme dans tous les Buffalo, pas de déception.
08/09/2024: Le ménage laisse à désirer, toile d’araignée/ poussière .. et vaisselle sale. Demander de devoir y faire changer.
Par contre serveur au top!
Je déconseille fortement le crumble qui est très sec
