02/09/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A superb experience at the Auberge de Poleymieux! A huge thank you to Chef Christophe for this delightful meal. The fish was excellent, cooked to absolute perfection. 👌 Homemade cuisine, including homemade desserts, using high-quality ingredients and meticulous preparation. I also thoroughly enjoyed the pleasant, slightly shaded terrace in the beautiful village of Poleymieux-au-Mont-d’Or. Excellent value for money for a truly wonderful experience. I highly recommend this restaurant and will gladly return! Thanks again to the chef and Emma. 🍽️
