03/04/2024: I give 4 stars because the products are really good. The andouillettes are not greasy at all, with lovely veal flavor.
Although you have to pay for quality, it's still a little expensive per kilo for low cuts. That's why I don't give it five stars.

04/04/2024: Really good! When the previous owner stopped several years ago I went back a few times but found that the quality had declined. It's been years since I've been back and what a very pleasant surprise!! it was delicious I will come back very soon for sure
