It's a shame they don't know basic politeness like "HELLO" or "GOODBYE."
19/06/2026: Another disappointment: my sandwich tonight was tasteless, unseasoned, and smelly. Don't even think about mentioning it, or you'll get a murderous glare from the manager and a bizarre remark: "You chose it!" A scrambled egg mixed with ground meat, wilted lettuce... "it's the same as a whole fried egg!" I go there regularly because it's the only kebab shop. It's a shame, because the kebabs, tacos, and kids' menus are actually quite good (despite the significant size differences between the mini tacos). As for the manager's friendliness, customer service, and smiles, it seems to depend on who you are! 😂😉 Personally, I'm often annoyed by the owner's behavior. Which is hardly the point of a family outing. I don't even dare go there anymore.

13/08/2026: We've been to the drive-through several times, and unfortunately, there are almost always omissions or errors in our orders, sometimes even several at once.
The day before yesterday, we couldn't reach you by phone. We hadn't received the correct order, so my partner had to go back to the store to sort it out. And even then, when we got home, we found there was yet another mistake in the order!
Honestly, there's almost never a time when our order is complete and correct at the drive-through. I can certainly understand that mistakes happen, but when it's a recurring problem, and especially when there are two errors in the same order, it becomes really frustrating.
We come to you with complete confidence, but this is becoming very disappointing and clearly gives us the impression that orders aren't properly checked before being handed out to customers.
I sincerely hope that you'll make an effort to improve this, because this situation happens far too often.

We hope for the better 🍀💗 This concerns the previous management: At first, you might find it nice...🤪 but after 7 months, it's every man for himself....we know that in the countryside...people, some are very gossipy...but here you'll get your fill, and so will your reputation! Beware! The owner double-counts drinks, makes bill errors...if you order takeaway meals in advance for a certain number of people, expect her to forget on the day, doesn't like animals...if you have a dog, forget about stopping by.... It's a shame, the establishment is clean, the spaces are pleasant...it's a waste not to know how to manage this place☺️
