17/10/2025: A beautiful, simple, and welcoming place in the heart of old Cuiseaux on the church square. It offers feminine and refined local cuisine. The table is well-dressed with beautiful dishes and glasses. The house peach-based aperitif is delicious. There are several set menus to choose from or à la carte, and a daily special
made with fresh, local products. A lovely wine list.
The next time I'm in Bresse, I'll happily repeat this wonderful gourmet experience.
A warm and pleasant welcome. The young chef visits her customers at the end of the service. Thank you for this wonderful connection and this wonderful moment of sharing.

23/02/2026: A very warm welcome. A beautiful establishment with incredible charm. Comfortable beds and a very satisfying breakfast. It's a shame we didn't have the opportunity to eat there.

14/02/2026: A family stopover, a bit of a spur-of-the-moment find, and what a happy coincidence: a warm welcome, comfortable rooms, enthusiastic service, and a delicious dinner. The breakfast buffet offered something for everyone (crepes, pancakes, cold cuts, cheeses, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, etc.). An address to remember and share.
28/12/2025: The room was advertised as being on the ground floor: false, as there are 5 steps. Furthermore, it's far from being a 3-star room: the shower and toilet doors don't close, the bin is completely dented, the armchair is full of holes, the pillow protector is stained and the cover is much too big.
