19/08/2026: I have no complaints about the store itself; it's excellent. However, I have a particular issue with one saleswoman. Because I'm a small customer, she doesn't seem to like my style, even though I've never been disrespectful to any of the other staff. 15/08/2026: I called back simply to report that the croissants were burnt. I wasn't expecting any compensation, just an apology. Instead, the manager told me that her sales staff "weren't very bright" and hadn't noticed. I find it unacceptable that she would speak about her own employees like that instead of taking responsibility and apologizing. As for the baker, he must have seen the croissants when he took them out of the oven and yet deemed them presentable enough to be sold. I don't understand how a product in that condition could have been put on sale. Furthermore, the manager was very haughty on the phone and constantly spoke down to me. Her attitude, as well as the complete lack of apology, is particularly disappointing.
