03/04/2024: Show evening: - reduced map on an A4 sheet -I ask what's in the land and sea salad, I'm told shrimp and bacon. The plate arrives, it's salmon and dry-cured ham and...goat cheese! I don't like it. I ask the waiter to change, he tells me that I had to read on the menu...what a joke that's not is not written!! He asks me what to do...uh remove the goat cheese and add some Emmental perhaps! (I don't work in catering!) Then chocolate mousse for dessert: without chocolate taste. I dreamed of being asked, when it came time to check out, “did it go well?” My response would have been orally and not in writing...much less burdensome for them. Too bad.
