Excellent! I'd do it again without hesitation!

In a tastefully decorated space, the La Fabrique building evokes its industrial origins, but with functional elements and an efficient design. The surprise culinary journey we embarked on was not only a delightful discovery but also a delight for the taste buds. Everything was composed with taste and precision. A skillful blend of interwoven European and Asian flavors. And for good reason... But I'll let the Chef tell you about it. Nothing is superfluous, nothing is out of place. Everything fits together deliciously with each bite. If we hadn't had a view of the kitchen, we might have wondered if the preparations and plating were done with pipettes, beakers, and laboratory scales... A marvel of precision and impeccable presentation. All accomplished at record speed. The perfectly paced timing made for a successful evening. I'll conclude by commending the professionalism of the entire team and their unwavering kindness throughout the entire service. I won't be posting any photos of the place or the food intentionally, to leave the surprise for those planning to have lunch or dinner there. I would definitely go back and highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates fine cuisine, whether French, European, or international. Bravo!

We had lunch at La Fabrique for my birthday, everything was delicious from the amuse-bouche to the dessert, the service was excellent, and the staff were friendly. We'll be back!

Amazing restaurant! I highly recommend this place. The welcome is warm, the service is quick and attentive, and the food is simply delicious. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and high-quality, with real attention to detail. The atmosphere is also very pleasant, perfect for spending quality time with friends or family.

I'll just say it was amazing. I had an absolutely fantastic meal. The service was top-notch.

The cuisine was sophisticated and the setting lovely. However, I expected more from a fine dining restaurant, especially considering the prices. The welcome and service felt disorganized, and our table was positioned too close to the kitchen. Some dishes demonstrated real skill, but others were less impressive. I was disappointed by the croque monsieur and the dessert trio. The Iberian dish was underdeveloped. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, but I wouldn't particularly recommend it.
