The place is very nice, the service is excellent, the hamburgers were good. The only downside, which justifies the 4 stars instead of 5, is that when I was asked what sauce I wanted with the fries, I asked if the béarnaise was homemade. I was told it was, but in the end, it had the texture and taste of jarred sauce—perfectly acceptable, certainly, but it didn't taste like real béarnaise. I would have preferred them to be more upfront with me; I would have been less disappointed. This is constructive criticism!

We came to La Fabrique in Brie on Saturday evening as a family of six. It wasn't our first visit, far from it, as we've been going to this restaurant for several years. As for the food, we had no complaints. We were even very happy to rediscover the little Asian touches that gave the restaurant its charm in its early days. The dishes were excellent, and we really appreciated this return to its original spirit. Unfortunately, our experience was spoiled by the service. Everything went well until dessert. Once the desserts were served, no one else came to our table. We wanted an extra bottle of water, then ordered coffee and tea. We tried several times to get a waiter's attention, but without success. After about 30 minutes of waiting, we finally got up to pay the bill and go home. The most frustrating thing was that during this time, we saw the tables around us being served without any problems. Other customers were receiving their coffees and pastries, while our table seemed to have been completely forgotten. Even when it came time to pay, no one asked us if everything was alright or if we were satisfied. It's a shame, because that might have allowed them to correct the problem immediately. I'm all the more disappointed because I've always enjoyed this restaurant. The food is always excellent, but this time the service was really lacking. I hope it was just an off night, because I'm not sure I'll be back today, despite the quality of the food.

A superb discovery! The dishes were absolutely delicious, prepared with fresh ingredients and bursting with flavor. Each plate was as beautiful as it was tasty. Special mention for the dessert, which was incredible! The service was equally perfect: a warm welcome, attentive and highly professional staff, always with a smile. You truly feel well taken care of from beginning to end. An excellent restaurant that I recommend without hesitation; I will gladly return!
