30/08/2026: You are anything but professional!!!! Like everyone else, I was queuing and waiting, knowing that I had my disabled brother with me. And suddenly, the man who works there saw one of his compatriots (Turkish or Kurdish), went over to him, took his order, and put him in front of everyone else. Two minutes later, we were informed that there were no more kebabs.
Sorry, but this is simply a joke and a huge lack of respect.

Staff are too rushed, even during the holidays.
Noisy dining area.
I prefer my kebab in Lieusaint.

31/08/2026: 25 MINUTES WAIT AT THE DRIVE-THRU… FOR AN EMPTY FAST-FOOD RESTAURANT.
Seriously, someone needs to explain the concept of "fast" in fast food to me. The restaurant was practically deserted, no line at the drive-thru, and yet I had to wait 25 minutes for an order. At this point, it's not service anymore, it's an immersive experience in patience.
I can understand a bit of a wait, but 25 minutes when there's nobody there is just insane. And of course, no explanation, no "sorry for the wait," nothing.
We order from McDonald's to eat quickly, not to have time to watch a TV episode in our car.
25 minutes for a few burgers and fries… even the fries had time to get cold before they arrived. 🍟💀
Avoid this place if you're in a hurry. Or plan ahead, you never know.

03/08/2026: I ordered through the app for delivery at 8 PM, but it arrived at 7:45 PM and was incomplete. I waited 40 minutes for the rest of my order on a Monday. This meant I had to eat cold food, which ruined my evening. I ordered another order to pick up, but I'm completely disgusted with the service and I'm going to uninstall the app altogether.
