26/04/2026: Fast and efficient service with very generous portions!

18/04/2026: The welcome was very warm, the staff courteous and very friendly, and the portions very generous. However, it was very noisy, the sound echoed, and the food was mediocre and of average quality. Surimi was served instead of crab... The servers were very rushed. All in all, it wasn't relaxing, which is precisely what you're looking for when you go to a restaurant. The dishes are expensive for the quality offered.

08/06/2026: The staff were welcoming, however, the numerous issues with the menu and the kitchen prevent me from giving a positive review. By 10:30 PM, there was nothing left on the menu, and they were even mentioning major problems in the kitchen. So, a limited menu with few choices; it used to be a reliable choice, but it isn't anymore. There was a significant delay in service. Despite everything, the staff remained welcoming and tried their best. Poor management was definitely felt.

08/03/2026: We've been going there for 20 years and the quality of the service, as well as the quality of the food, has never changed. For me, they're the best. Everything is excellent and delicious 😋. A real treat every time.

25/05/2026: We originally booked the Kyriad Torcy because it's close to the RER train station. We weren't informed that it was undergoing renovations and that we had been relocated elsewhere, further away. I'm disappointed with our stay. No air conditioning despite the intense heat. The extra bed was uncomfortable. Extreme humidity (damp sheets upon arrival and our laundry was damp the next day). The room was small for three people. The door didn't close properly, so we had to slam it shut. The bathroom was a plus. Since the landings are outside, we could hear everything. Admittedly, it wasn't the hotel I originally booked. The breakfast was so-so.

25/05/2026: The Air Conditioning is not working for last 3 days and the staff is Misbehaving and not ready to provide any resolution. They say their manager is not available and now when we are sitting in the lobby area (where the AC is working) then they don't allow it and threatening to call security. Not recommended. Stay away from this property.

09/06/2026: I often stay at this hotel, not far from Disney, affordable price, quiet and what a surprise today, the hotel has been completely transformed, the renovations are superb and the staff are always helpful.
