24/07/2026: What a treat with so many choices! The cocktails are delicious and the jasmine tart is scrumptious.

23/07/2026: Nice setting on the terrace but terrible service, cold, impatient waiters, zero professionalism. Food was nothing special.

09/07/2026: The welcome and service were top-notch, nothing to complain about; the food at Le Loc Lac is truly excellent.

05/07/2026: Come learn to cook on Reunion Island! You'll leave feeling enriched! Apart from the Loc Lac beef, the food is bland; you use too much sauce, which is also tasteless! The seasoning is nonexistent! Perfect if you have high blood pressure or diabetes! The Chinese on my island don't even tell you the time when it comes to cooking! The service is not up to the price! Yet the restaurant is full! I must be too demanding...! I do note two positive points, however: the restaurant owners are very friendly and the portions are generous, but please, change the chef and/or the recipes!

11/08/2026: They need to stop putting sugar in every dish. We ordered a Chicken Pie. You'd expect something savory, right? Well, no, the pie is sweet, like so many other dishes served in this restaurant chain. Besides the fact that the dishes become sickeningly sweet because of the amount of sugar, we now know the very harmful health effects of excessive sugar consumption. This message is for the central production facility because, as with all these chains, there are no longer any cooks on site...

10/08/2026: We enjoyed a delicious family brunch. The buffet was excellent and the food was great. The staff were very friendly. The place is beautiful and very spacious. They also offer coworking spaces.

04/08/2026: I've been a customer of this restaurant for over 14 years now. Between the helpful, attentive, and caring owner and the lovely, funny waiter, I feel welcome every time I visit. Just come on the weekend and see the large tables of Asian families to understand that you're in a traditional Korean restaurant, modernized of course, with a more European touch on some dishes. You have to look a little further down the menu to find traditional Korean dishes. Every dish I've tasted has been exceptional, and I continue to discover new ones with each visit. It's a family-run restaurant where the staff are lovely Korean grandmothers (but to see them busy in the restaurant, you have to come right when it opens), and then they work hard. I recommend it 3000%! Thank you for being there 😊

29/07/2026: The staff's welcome was rather cold. I ordered sushi and wanted to change it five minutes later, as soon as the server arrived, for a hot dish: flatly refused. The staff wasn't any more welcoming than that. For the price, it's a shame.

21/06/2026: A fantastic find! I went on the evening of June 20th. Two extremely pleasant waitresses, thank you Julia and Kelly for their smiles and service. I had sushi which was absolutely delicious, fresh fish and perfectly cooked rice.

15/06/2026: Good evening, I would like to refute recent claims regarding the quality of the food or the service provided by the waitress (with bleached hair). I am a regular customer, at least once a week, and to date, I have never had a single complaint. I was there on Friday, June 12th, when a group of three women caused a public disturbance. The day before, Thursday, June 11th, I was also there for lunch, and the quality of the food remained the same. There is talk of the waitress being aggressive, which I deny. She was verbally attacked to the point of tears, under the pretext of having refused a discount, even though she didn't ask for anything and it wasn't within her control (we're talking about a free lunch for a group of three women who, miraculously, did partially eat their meals twice...). Under threat of not paying (not to mention "robbing" a shopkeeper) and with outrageous comments, yes, calling the police was perfectly legitimate. We're not immune to the possibility of not enjoying a dish, but let's be honest, don't ask for a free meal when you've already eaten it... PS: With about twenty diners at the time of the incident, only this group complained and claimed they hadn't "enjoyed" their meal. Just so you know.
