Arrived at 9:30 PM and left at 10:30 PM without having received anything from our order!! And no apology when we left. Very unhappy with the wait…
They served customers who arrived a few minutes after us, and we got NOTHING!
If you knew you weren't going to serve us, just say so directly, instead of letting customers starve. Frankly disappointed!
It just goes to show the rumors are true. AVOID AT ALL COSTS…
18/05/2026: They food wasn't well cooked. They don't even deserve for a star. Also when I asked them to scan my QR code to receive points they said that the internet is not working. They can't scan. They are just scamming people. Don't go to this brunch.

12/05/2026: The owner was friendly but eager to charge an extra €3. I asked for more chicken. The response: "Chicken is extra." Fine, extras are charged, but when there are only three pieces of chicken, the sandwich is far from complete. I think they need to rethink their sales approach. Not the first time, but the last time I'll ever set foot in that place.
11/05/2026: Very disappointed by the hygiene at this Subway.
The staff didn't change their gloves between handling food, which is really concerning.
Basic hygiene rules should be followed, especially in the food service industry.
A very unsettling experience; I won't be returning.

18/04/2026: The welcome was very warm, the staff courteous and very friendly, and the portions very generous. However, it was very noisy, the sound echoed, and the food was mediocre and of average quality. Surimi was served instead of crab... The servers were very rushed. All in all, it wasn't relaxing, which is precisely what you're looking for when you go to a restaurant. The dishes are expensive for the quality offered.

25/05/2026: The Air Conditioning is not working for last 3 days and the staff is Misbehaving and not ready to provide any resolution. They say their manager is not available and now when we are sitting in the lobby area (where the AC is working) then they don't allow it and threatening to call security.
Not recommended. Stay away from this property.
25/05/2026: We originally booked the Kyriad Torcy because it's close to the RER train station. We weren't informed that it was undergoing renovations and that we had been relocated elsewhere, further away.
I'm disappointed with our stay. No air conditioning despite the intense heat. The extra bed was uncomfortable. Extreme humidity (damp sheets upon arrival and our laundry was damp the next day). The room was small for three people. The door didn't close properly, so we had to slam it shut. The bathroom was a plus. Since the landings are outside, we could hear everything. Admittedly, it wasn't the hotel I originally booked. The breakfast was so-so.

10/03/2026: We stayed here for a few days in June 2023 for a trip to Disneyland Paris. We booked two rooms as we were 3 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 children and got rooms right across from each other, which we really liked. The rooms were nice. We requested a crib for the 2-year-old in advance and actually received one in each room, which we thought was funny, but the 2-year-old loved it. We also liked the vending machine in the lobby and the close proximity to the train station. It was really easy to get from the train station to the hotel. You can already see the hotel from the train station and you only have to cross one street. We didn‘t book breakfast, as we either bought some pastries at the train station or at Disney.

The hotel will be closed from March 5th until the end of May.
Please try again in July."
