27/01/2026: Snow-white baguettes, undercooked, bought today at 8:30 am by my son who wasn't paying attention.
It's a disgrace! I had to rebake them in the oven and they're inedible. The crust before rebaking was the same color as the crumb, that's how bad they were...
An insult to traditional bakeries!
I already knew, from a previous birthday celebration, that the pastries at this establishment were made with powders, but the bread had been acceptable until now. But this is beyond the pale. A batch of undercooked bread should never be sold. This type of poor-quality food causes a spike in blood sugar and is therefore very bad for your health.
13/01/2026: I often get sandwiches made fresh in baguettes. Incredibly good, large, generous, and the cheapest I've ever had. I highly recommend it!

28/11/2023: De passage un midi à Boos nous nous sommes arrêtés dans cette Piezeria. Très bon accueil, personnel aimable et compétent. Menu du midi (Entrée plat dessert) à un prix très raisonnable... cuisine simple et copieuse. J y retournerai !

24/07/2024: We learned 48 hours ago that the caterer would not honor the catering service for our wedding scheduled in 10 days. The general manager says that the CEO who is about to leave has left the company's coffers empty, that the teams have left the ship and that the stocks are dry, which places the company in a situation of liquidation.
Here we are, looking for a new caterer 10 days before the wedding without having the assurance of ever seeing the two deposits paid again. Flee everything that has to do with the Otrechoze company!
