11/05/2026: I had a wonderful time at the Saint Thomas restaurant. The food is excellent, with high-quality, well-prepared, and delicious dishes. You can tell the ingredients are carefully selected. The service is pleasant and professional; the staff is attentive without being intrusive. The calm and welcoming atmosphere allows you to fully enjoy your meal. A truly excellent restaurant that I highly recommend.

30/06/2026: Click and collect order, yet another error in the order, this is a recurring problem… crushed macaron and bacon missing from the cheddar fries.
