11/05/2026: I had a wonderful time at the Saint Thomas restaurant. The food is excellent, with high-quality, well-prepared, and delicious dishes. You can tell the ingredients are carefully selected. The service is pleasant and professional; the staff is attentive without being intrusive. The calm and welcoming atmosphere allows you to fully enjoy your meal. A truly excellent restaurant that I highly recommend.

29/08/2026: A very good experience. I went back with some trepidation because my last visit hadn't gone very well (the table and dining room were filthy, the environment was extremely noisy, and the wait was incredibly long). I decided to try my luck again today, and it was a pleasant surprise. The restaurant is very clean, there was virtually no wait, and the staff is lovely. The dining room was full, and there wasn't excessive noise. The waitstaff is very attentive to all the customers. You can really see the effort put in by all the staff to ensure everyone has a good time.
