A very good experience. I went back with some trepidation because my last visit hadn't gone very well (the table and dining room were filthy, the environment was extremely noisy, and the wait was incredibly long). I decided to try my luck again today, and it was a pleasant surprise. The restaurant is very clean, there was virtually no wait, and the staff is lovely. The dining room was full, and there wasn't excessive noise. The waitstaff is very attentive to all the customers. You can really see the effort put in by all the staff to ensure everyone has a good time.

Disappointed by your staff's lack of trust, our trays were served without fries, with the assurance that the fries would be coming. After 15 minutes, I went to ask why, and a manager came to see if we were mistaken. Fifteen minutes of waiting for lukewarm fries and a Diet Coke that tasted like soap. If I pee with bubbles, it will mean my body is clean inside.
