14/03/2026: Very disappointed with our visit this evening; the food is no longer up to the standard of the previous owners.
12/03/2026: Lunch today with a friend. The change of ownership is evident from the moment you arrive: a smile! We had stopped going because of the poor service, even though the food was very good. What a pleasant surprise: the chef has stayed, and so has the delicious food. No more pizzas, but a large menu with plenty of choices, including two fish dishes and a vegetarian crepe for vegetarians. The portions are generous, and the service is efficient and friendly. No wonder it's packed!
A tip: make a reservation 😋

16/03/2026: A disaster... I came Saturday evening to pick up a click and collect order. The app told me to go to the counter, I waited 10 minutes only to be told at the counter to validate the order at the kiosk. I went to the kiosk and waited... and waited, and waited... 40 minutes later, I went to see the manager who told me the order hadn't been processed. He offered me an extra box of nuggets, but that's not the real issue... there's a problem with staff management and processes that needs fixing. I'll drive further next time, but that's it for Mesnil.
13/03/2026: Over an hour for an order!! Slow service! I won't be going back to Mesnil-Esnard! They're much more efficient in Tourville-la-Rivière.

01/02/2026: The atmosphere is really great, warm and pleasant. The ingredients are fresh and of very good quality, and the pizzas are delicious. Honestly, it's one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. I recommend it 5000%! 🍕🍕🍕

16/09/2024: Good pizzas and always welcoming and friendly staff.
11/09/2024: A shame! Just because I parked in front of their sign, they intentionally blocked me with their car and scooter so that I couldn't get out! Despite my various reminders, they ended up pushing the scooter, telling me that I was not allowed to park in front! But the places don't belong to them, they belong to everyone! They were 3 young people who were not at all friendly, because they ignored me and if I hadn't insisted, they wouldn't have done anything! I took it upon myself because I was with my son but they really put pressure on me just for parking! It's pathetic, I will never try their pizzas! Really unprofessional behavior at all!

13/11/2024: Voici toutes les raisons pour lesquelles nous, qui habitons le Mesnil-Esnard, nous préférons aller au Fujiya de Tourville la Rivière :
-au Fujiya du Mensil les brochettes de boulettes de poulet arrivent toujours tièdes car pas assez cuites (voir photos).
- les sashimis sont extrêmement rares
- il n'y a jamais de poulet pané ni de maki au thon et la diversité des makis, sushis est parcimonieuse
- les assiettes vides s'empilent sur les tables sans qu'aucun serveurs ne les ramassent
Bref, pour nous le Fujiya du Mesnil-Esnard c'est terminé, nous allons à Tourville qui est bien mieux et pourtant nous habitons au Mesnil.
Voilà, j'espère que cela donnera envie au gérant de se réveiller et au personnel et aux cuisines du Mesnil-Esnard de s'améliorer.
