13/02/2026: I walked through the door with my family on a Saturday evening. I hadn't been before. We ate, we loved it. The food tasted amazing. I'll definitely go back. Don't hesitate.

07/02/2026: I enjoyed my meal, which was tasty, however, it was somewhat marred by the waiter's stained t-shirt… his fingernails (yuck). It had been a while since I'd been back to Alcazar, and I have to say that the level of cleanliness and maintenance is far below what I've experienced before. A shame.

09/12/2025: I really enjoy eating at Chicken Family. The food is very good, they are friendly and welcoming, and you feel comfortable there. I recommend everyone come and eat at Chicken Family 🥰❤️

29/03/2024: Expérience CATASTROPHIQUE, et je pèse mes mots!!!!!! Commande et retrait sur place effectué hier . -3 Sandwichs döner sans boisson, -2 Sandwichs döner tortilla sans boisson , -2 brochettes au poulet sans boisson , Le tout à emporter pour un total de 63€ , cherchez l'erreur.... Morceaux de viande secs, dures et insipides.... naturellement ce qui devait arriver arriva.....MAUX DE VENTRE.... Mais de qui se moque t-on ? A ce rythme là, se sont les services d'hygiène qui doivent intervenir.... Merci de revoir les priorités notamment en termes de qualité de marchandises et de service. Une fois nous à suffit Expérience qui ne sera bien évidemment pas renouvelée. "Restaurant" qui sera assurément déconseillé à toute personne soucieuse sur LA PROVENANCE DES PRODUITS , le MODE DE CUISSON et de CONSERVATION !!!!! A fuir......
