03/09/2026: I ordered pesto pasta as a vegetarian and received creamy salmon pasta instead. Out of politeness, I didn't say anything, but I didn't finish the pasta; it was too heavy (so much cream) and, well, I didn't eat the salmon either.
26/08/2026: Excellent food, very attentive owner; he prepared a table for us around 2 pm. There were four adults and two children.

20/08/2026: This bakery is overflowing with low-quality pastries, and to be more objective, we ordered a so-called "traditional" baguette which was nothing like a traditional baguette; it was soft and full of dense, unaerated crumb. Very disappointing
15/08/2026: I received a very warm welcome right by the sea in Mers-les-Bains. I highly recommend it.

07/10/2026: Four years without going to McDonald's, and now in two weeks, fries instead of potatoes, a completely squashed Big Mac. I just left McDonald's. I would have made a polite comment. The Big Mac was fine, the Deluxe was squashed. Long live Burger King!
04/10/2026: Every time we come, it takes forever, like 30 minutes for two Maxi Best Of burgers. The worst part is there's nobody in the restaurant, and what's with the heat inside?! The worst McDonald's in the area, and I mean it.

Why does this kind of place still exist?? 😑
I hadn't set foot in a Flunch for ten years, and that's not going to happen again anytime soon! 🫤
The food is terrible! Very processed, bland, tasteless, and the presentation hasn't changed in ten years! 😒
I even struggled to finish my "complete" crepe! And it's just a crepe! It was incredibly rubbery!
Seriously, it wasn't good! 🤬
Way too noisy! Everyone talks loudly, and the tables are all crammed together 😵💫
And €20 for a drink, crepe, flan, and coffee! You're better off going to a restaurant and spending two or three euros more for real, home-cooked food! 🫠🙄
Luckily the staff are smiling... 😉
02/10/2026: Don't go to Flunch after 9pm, it's closed even if their website says service ends at 9:30pm.

15/08/2025: A very good experience; the mussels in cream sauce were excellent, and they served mojitos as an aperitif with their own special touch. Very welcoming staff 🙂
14/08/2025: Absolutely avoid this place... following our visit, my wife suffered food poisoning from a salad; as for me, my mackerel was served with new potatoes swimming in butter, with no lemon whatsoever to accompany the fish; and my café liégeois was completely melted under the pretext that they added real coffee (perhaps it would be wise to let it cool before adding it to the ice cream).

29/08/2024: Execrable boss only takes orders for drinks, not commercial One server for all the tables in the restaurant. A customer did not eat her Burger because the meat tasted bad. The owner did not even apologize and did not even make a commercial gesture (not even free coffee)
It rained and the customers on the terrace had to carry their plates to the tables inside the restaurant themselves.
Even though there were tables available, she refused new customers and claimed that the restaurant is open until 8 p.m.... people turned around without understanding why, saying we won't come here anymore.
29/08/2024: Very poor welcome...the restaurant manager refuses customers despite the empty tables...the wait for orders is long and the service interminable because it is done by a single waiter...as for the meal Very average

25/06/2024: Les personnes dans le bar qui finissent leurs verres d’alcool avant de nous accueillir et cela pour un accueil très froid. Personne n’a l’air servi et un bon 1/4 d’heure avant d’avoir une carte avec un petit « désolé pour l’attente ». Les plats…..des crêpes sans personnalité mais pas mauvaises. Paiement au comptoir car les autres clients ont attendu longtemps pour un dessert, donc pas tenté d’attendre à nouveau. Aucune envie de retenter l’expérience mais nous avons mangé un bout sur le pouce
24/06/2024: Confirmation d'un avis précédent, cet établissement n'a plus aucun rapport avec Les Embruns que nous connaissions bien et qui était excellent. Ce Face à la Mer nous a profondément déçus. Nous voulions déjeuner sur le pouce rapidement, nous avons été servis. Nous commandons deux ficelles picardes à 14.50€. Elles arrivent moins de 5 minutes plus tard ! C'est vraiment rapide pour le coup, mais nous comprenons aussitôt. Elles sont brûlantes, fumantes, mais le cœur est encore glacé ! Surgelées donc. Et composées d'une bouillasse infâme, tout est haché menu, c'est un plat pour Ehpad !
Nous allons régler sans rien commander de plus et n'avons bien sûr pas droit au " ça a été" !

31/08/2024: A peine assis les cartes étaient déjà posées devant nous. Ensuite, à peine commandé les plats, ceux-ci arrivaient déjà pour être servis. Le vin blanc n’était pas assez frais. Moules correctes mais frites froides pour certains. Assez déçue de cette expérience
31/08/2024: Prise en charge bcp trop rapide , pas de proposition de dégustation lors de l’ouverture du vin blanc quk n’était pas à bonne température … . Et pour finir les moules étaient pas assez chaudes et nettoyées .
