12/05/2024: We arrived by chance (if there is such a thing…) in this restaurant. What a nice surprise ! A beautiful stone and wood setting, a simple and authentic welcome filled with a certain elegance, and above all truly exceptional and delicious cuisine. A search for flavors, a balance of ingredients and seasonings, quality products, perfect cooking, a lot of love and passion...it's been a long time since I was surprised and enchanted in a restaurant. Tradition and the quest for identity are not incompatible with taking daring risks that hit the mark! Well done. This deserves a round of applause for the performance! THANKS
