08/12/2025: Always pleasant, always smiling, and very accommodating: I asked for a duck moricette, but since they were out, the lady went and made me one. Thank you very much. Burnhaupt has a lot to learn from Bessoncourt; two places I visit from time to time, but from now on I'll stop in Bessoncourt...nothing to complain about, everything is perfect.
27/11/2025: How lovely to be welcomed with such joy and good cheer! I've only been coming since Tuesday after my disappointment at Caput. I wish I'd been disappointed with that chain sooner so I could have gone to Poulaillon first... The welcome, the service, the interaction too—you ladies are perfect! You'll be seeing me regularly now. 🙂

20/02/2026: I'm very disappointed with my visit to the McDonald's in Bessoncourt. The service was particularly unpleasant. The staff were cold and unfriendly, and I really felt like I was bothering them.
A minimum of politeness and respect towards customers would be appreciated. It's a shame, because it completely ruined the experience, even if everything else was alright. I don't think I'll be returning after being treated like that.
08/02/2026: Today, February 8, 2026, at 11:20 AM, I went to the drive-thru window wanting a decaf coffee and a croissant. I understand it might be too late for a croissant, but still, why doesn't McDonald's Bessoncourt offer decaf? I thought all McDonald's offered the same products, but the young woman at the drive-thru assured me, even though she refused to check, that McDonald's Bessoncourt doesn't offer any decaf (I regularly go to the McDonald's in Belfort or Cernay to get them and there's never a problem).

03/01/2026: Undercooked pizzas.
Outdated toppings.
Inedible.
Poor value for money.
Overpriced for what it is.
An apprenticeship with a pizza chef would be beneficial for these young women.
As well as training in customer service.
23/12/2025: The wait time for frozen vegetables and fries, and the beef rump not cut properly... far too long (40 minutes), a real shame.
