25/10/2026: We were so disappointed by the welcome we received this Sunday! Our reservation was lost, the service was hesitant, we had to ask three times to order wine, three times for bread, and we had to go to the counter ourselves to get a carafe of water. And to top it all off, the desserts were unavailable because they were sold out! Finally, we went to discuss it with the owner, who politely treated us like idiots! But he must have eventually realized his attitude was inappropriate and that we were right, because he offered us complimentary after-dinner drinks. A commendable intention, but one that doesn't compensate for the shortcomings we experienced that day. If you're unable to handle too many customers and can't anticipate and organize things, you'd be better off limiting the number of covers and ensuring your customers are received properly. A happy customer returns and spreads good word-of-mouth, while a dissatisfied customer doesn't return and spreads bad word-of-mouth! Thank you for the after-dinner drinks, but above all, I suggest you review your organization. Sincerely, Eric Ansart
