06/04/2024: ATTENTION DISCRIMINATION BETWEEN DISHES AND EATING LOCATION: We were a group of four: three main courses and a sandwich. Curiously, this last order restricted our choice of location, preventing us from accessing the room, obviously reserved for the principals. To enjoy sandwiches it will be roughly in the entrance, for passing and ordering, absolutely not hygienic. We were in the middle of a constant hustle and bustle: between customers ordering and waiting for their order and waiters sneaking around with their trays, we had to navigate between the bag-grabbing and the jostling. The tables should be moved back slightly to make the location more decent and hygienic. They could have accepted that we access the room, 3 of us out of 4 had a main course, it was our right as consumers. Knowing that the room was empty. The situation deteriorated further when we were forced to finish our meal outside, sharing our space with pigeons flying over our dishes. So I didn't finish my meal because when I looked over my dish I was treated to pigeon dust on my plate as parmesan. For the food : - Low quality fries, we are on the cheapest of the cheapest. ❌️ - Plastic kebab, tasteless, too salty ❌️ - Low quality salad ❌️ - The meat is good, grilled, smoked ✅️ but without more the environment does not allow it to be enjoyed.

01/04/2024: Archie disappointed, we booked, we arrived 20 minutes before iftar time, but no one took our until iftar! Logically when we order starters we receive them before the main courses, but then we are asked if they bring us all back at the same time, at the beginning we didn't understand we said yes, so we received starter + main course at the same time, oh yes we received the dishes 45 minutes after iftar.. the worst is a table which was served before us even though he did not have a reservation and which arrived well after us.. we receive the starters and the dishes disaster the "ezme which resembles all except at ezme, the skewers all burnt, the kebab not cooked without taste, he names the lamb chops he serves us a strange meat the same for pirzola tavuk.. ah the only good point I can give is the kusbasi pidesi really very disappointed , so we spent 45 minutes there and 45 minutes back for a welcome, disappointing meal, I had come here more than 4 to 5 years ago it was not like that, Istanbul grill has lost its value…
