The food is good, it's clean, the service is friendly, the prices are reasonable, and the background music is pleasant.

One of the best kebabs in Paris.
The meat is flavorful and melts in your mouth. The fries are thin and crispy.
I also recommend the other Turkish dishes: none of them disappointed me.
The wait time is perfectly acceptable (sometimes a little long when it's busy, but never excessive).
Note: as in many Parisian restaurants, the place is noisy when it's full.

The Greek restaurant of my childhood, right downstairs from the building, it's been a long time since I've been there, but if it's still the same as before, it's a 5-star experience in a heartbeat.
