Let's start simple, if you were hungry don't expect delivery on time.
Then, well, it's an average restaurant that exists so much in Île de France that you can pass by it without paying attention..
In short, no need to stop at this restaurant. I know much better ones and real Japanese restaurants.
I'm blacklisting this one.
Good luck to those he orders from them because I waited over 1h30, and they are bad times

20/03/2024: J'avais saisi l'offre à -50% sur toute la carte mais le restaurant ne l'a accepté que pour les plats à la fin lors du paiement. Ainsi l'addition était salée car il n'y a pas eu de réduction sur les entrées et les desserts.
Très décevant.

Professional, human, flexible, and very kind, they supported me perfectly in the organization of our event, from start to finish. Don’t hesitate to call on them, you won’t regret it! Thank you !!!

02/11/2023: The restaurant is good, but they don't understand the instructions on the phone. I order skewers and when I come to pick them up, they give me chirashi. No compensation, no commercial gesture, it’s a shame.

We pay for extras that aren't even included. Tiring to see deplorable quality when there isn't even a rush. Fortunately, I only come to this McDonald's very occasionally, but it really puts the license to shame.
06/04/2024: I took an order at this McDonald's and a lady named Lucine served us, she helped us with the terminal because there was no easel, listened to us for our requests (water) she is very kind really thanks to her (I will come back)

I ask him if it is possible to be nicer and I am insulted and threatened by this person. I hung. I report "I don't even care to wait for you" "you're annoying me" and finally "bring yourself back to your face you'll see what I do to women" I'm in shock that a brand such as Pizza Hut recruits such social cases.

06/03/2024: Heat pump with thermodynamic tank installed in July 2022, broken down in February 2023, 2 appointments not made, no one came. Still no news today. Lawsuit in progress with my legal protection.
03/03/2024: Boiler installed in May 2022, does not work properly. I'm still waiting for them to come and check the installation. Impossible to get them on the phone. They don't even deserve a star.
