07/09/2024: A gem in Paris. Delicious food.

16/07/2024: Unique experience at Esens’all this Friday evening 😮! Friendly and warm welcome (so intimate that you feel more at the owner's house than in a restaurant), a splendid meal both visually and taste-wise. The dishes are both original and full of flavors, and give pride of place to plants and florals (but not only), while being eco-responsible. The place is elegant. Very nice wine list as well… Certainly it’s an evening that will remain engraved 😉. Many thanks Laurent.

11/08/2024: We visited in July and had a lovely meal at Fou de Fafa. The owner was extremely welcoming and accommodating. She gave every table full attention and answered questions about the menu. They were able to adapt the vegetarian option (a risotto) into a vegan option without any issues. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. We had a starter and main course - but saw all the desserts coming out and they looked stunning. Our dogs were welcomed and we were given a table with loads of space. I would really recommend this place to anyone visiting Avignon and I'm looking forward to visiting again.

10/08/2024: Fabulous - a definite must for when visiting Avignon! Our host Antonia gave us the warmest of welcomes that we have received during our three week stay touring France in our Motorhome. The food that Russell prepared was exquisite- superb presentation and the taste was Divine. Can’t recommend this restaurant enough. Be sure to make a reservation- as a note they close Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

15/08/2024: Un accueil chaleureux tant par la direction de l'établissement que par le personnel très professionnel, avenant tout en étant discret, une cuisine inventive, de saison avec des produits régionaux, autant que faire se peut,ou faits maison des plats restituants fidèlement les saveurs des différents composants, dans une harmonie de couleurs de textures légères et aeriennes, Aucune fausse note de l'apéritif au dessert. AInsi ce crémant servi avec une liqueur de sureau , preuve d'originalité suivi d'un amuse bouche composé d'une tartelette aux saveurs exquises grâce à sa mousse debetterave rouge , féta et coulis de framboise dont la petite acidité contre balançait la touche sucrée de la betterave, la féta servant de contrepoint entre ces deux textures Le pavé de calillaud dont la chair nacrée etait le signe d'une cuisson parfaite, confirmait déja l'excellence de ce plat accompagné de riz noir et gelée de petits pois Après un sorbet de carottes et piment la touche originale gouteuse à souhait le filet de canette aussi fondant que du foie gras poelé,rehaussé par des pickles son mille feuille de pomme de terres grainé et son caviar d'aubergines sublimait ce menu Pour ne pas se départir de ces notes de fraîcheur et d'originalité un sorbet Melon et concombre avec une mousse de féta consacrait ce déjeuner de haute volée Rajouter des vins chois dans une carte des plus fournies, car pratiquement complète ou les meilleurs domaines sont présents et à des prix très sages sans aucune commune mesure aux cofficients exagérés pratiqués trop souvent et vous aurez trouvé une adresse qui saura répondre à vos attentes JC Lambiné Sommelier Prud'homme de la Jurade de St Emilion

28/07/2024: Went to L'Argousier for the first time today and really loved it. The restaurant offers two menus which, as I was told, change every three weeks. I received a very friendly welcome and was allowed to sit on the shady terrace. I ordered the 5 course menu and the wine accompaniment. Every course was a culinary delight and the wines were appropriate. I can only recommend this restaurant and will definitely come back.

21/07/2024: Traditional French cuisine restaurant. Finally a small, warm restaurant where you can taste traditional recipes. We ate foi gras with potatoes and truffles, duck, beef bourguignon. Everything exquisite. The owner and also the waitress were very friendly and passionate. Advised.

18/07/2024: Last night we went to this beautiful restaurant in the Sofitel Baltimore hotel for dinner. The service was super thanks to two guys who made the evening really pleasant for us

18/08/2024: Petit restaurant découvert par hasard. Carte réduite avec des produits de qualité. Nous avons très très bien mangé de l’entrée au dessert! Le patron est en cuisine et en salle et est très à l’écoute des clients.

16/02/2024: The cuisine is fantastic and the staff in the dining room and in the kitchen are extremely friendly. We feasted. The restaurant has a good reputation so the room is often full, which makes it extremely noisy given its small size.

10/02/2024: We leave the restaurant tonight and wow Everyone is taken care of and the place is intimate Miguel the chef shared with us his passion for open cuisine with a French South American-Asian influence… we were at the bar in front of the kitchen…. We saw everything tasted with our eyes before our taste buds!!! We enjoyed everything our daughters too including the 14 year old INCREDIBLE 🤣 Thank you, it’s a beautiful memory for our eldest’s 20th birthday. Go while there is time... 04/08/2024: If you fancy good wine, this is a place to be. They have pre-selected wine recommendations for each of their meals, and the staff seems very proud about their wine selection. Food was good and service was very nice & friendly. Can recommend!

18/07/2024: This may be my favorite restaurant in Paris. Central location, intimate with inventive dishes based on classic French cuisine and excellent wine choices. They have a plat du jour deal at lunch including a main, glass of wine and coffee for a very good price, although the regular menu was too tempting. It was so good that I returned a week later and the menu had completely changed, but the dishes remained complex and well thought out. Excellent coffee. Very warm and professional service.

11/07/2024: Everything about this spot was charming and earnest. Small, simple spot with a short menu that truly delivers on a “French wine bar / bistro”. We had other dinners in France that had more elegant execution but Juvenille makes up for it with a total vibe that makes you feel like you discovered something hidden and real in Paris - all with delicious food and young, energetic staff that really care. Super reasonable and we will definitely return!
