08/08/2024: We often come here with friends but we never say hello or goodbye while this lady knows how to do it with other customers.
We always have an unpleasant welcome and unpleasant service, sometimes we are missing dishes, especially those of the evening.
The sushi is good and very large but the problem is the rice, overcooked and in large quantities and it becomes sickening after a while.
The service is very long and we have the impression that it is done on purpose... we arrive at 6 p.m. it is indicated that the opening is at 6 p.m. but before even saying hello to us the lady shouted at us outright to say " it’s at 6:30 p.m. you’re going to wait” in short here you have to accept being walked all over by this very rude lady who doesn’t know how to behave with customers.
Despite arriving at 6 p.m. we were served very late and for a very long time between fried dishes, sushi, skewers etc.. it was so long that we were no longer hungry!
The choice of desserts is very limited.
PS: do something to make this lady correct her problematic behavior as quickly as possible, it's very unpleasant to meet her gaze full of disgust and contempt.

10/11/2024: Sorry but this is not Lebanese cuisine. I ordered two Kefta and chicken sandwiches. Both have no taste and are bland.

06/09/2024: The dishes are homemade, it's excellent, lots of flavors with very reasonable prices! The setting is magnificent, the restaurant is very clean. Regarding the service, the staff is very friendly! He uses quality products. The desserts wow 😍 I recommend the Saray Grill 👍🏼

07/09/2024: Service on Saturday after 1 p.m. is horrible and the employees are haughty and not great. McDonald's must recruit people to ensure optimal service. I don't recommend. Super cold dishes and more than 40 minutes of waiting
03/09/2024: le service était très déplacé ,je me suis rendu au mcdo accompagnée de mon mari et la serveuse ne s’est pas gênée de faire des avances à mon mari,elle s’est permise de lui toucher la cuisse lorsque qu’elle est venue apporter notre commande,de plus elle a fait exprès de renverser la boisson de la commande sur mon mari.Elle a sans hésiter toucher mon mari sans élégance et avec une envie malsaine…
J’étais désemparé,mon mari était sous le choc.Nous avons alors appelé le manager qui nous a violemment expliqué que ce comportement venait des sois disant “avances” de mon mari et que je n’avais qu’à "le tenir"!
Sous le choc mon mari et moi avons décidé de partir sans même manger notre commande qui n’était même pas complète!!
Bref une très mauvaise expérience mon mari et moi nous en souviendrons..😡

01/06/2024: Zen Suchi customer since 2021 thanks to the loyalty system I have accumulated loyalty bridges.
I placed an order on May 31 at Zen de Fontenay with loyalty points and to my great surprise the store manager informed me that the order would not be honored and accused me of hacking their site to earn points.
The behavior of this manager who accuses the customers is unacceptable, so what is the point of the loyalty points system?
I am waiting for an explanation for this inappropriate behavior...

20/08/2024: Well for a shopping center restaurant, the service and food were very decent.
I had the gyoza ramen menu and it was quite generous and quite decent.
It’s not haute cuisine but the value for money was very good.
The service was friendly and pleasant.
11/08/2024: Honestly not good at all. Pitiful welcome, impression of disturbing the waiter. Very limited dishes, chicken with an aftertaste. Things like spring rolls are supposed to be crispy, but don't expect that since they are reheated in the microwave. In the room, pot of pepper puree opened and therefore all dry, dying... really an extremely bad experience. Plus it’s expensive!!!
I sincerely hope I'm not sick.
I will never go back there. Really bad!!!!! Only one lady was friendly. That's all. Run away!!!

26/08/2024: I stop by this bakery every morning for a breakfast before starting work and I admit that I didn't understand why the bakery had such a low rating on Google when for me there is no better quality baguette. bread".
And yet there is no smoke without fire. I find it incredible not to have suitable packaging for the chopsticks whatever the number you take. I had seen customers complain on this point after purchasing several items that did not have suitable packaging and now it is my turn. That bread packaging be reserved for Traditions baguettes? I don't know what satisfaction policy you apply but you really should review this point. I take 2 baguettes whose price is higher than a tradition, they cut them in half to put them in an A4 paper which can fall out at any time. No, but seriously? I am absolutely disappointed! If I hadn't already paid the amount I simply wouldn't have taken anything.

06/01/2024: I hope they're not closing permanently, it's closed tonight but the note on the blind has disappeared so we don't know why it's closed.
In any case it's not expensive and really decent on the Chinese and Japanese side, it's great! They are very nice and it is always well served except perhaps in terms of the quantities on the Chinese side in fact we would like to be served more generously.
03/01/2024: I placed an order on the restaurant's website directly on January 2, 2024. After 1 hour of waiting without receiving my delivery, I decided to call the restaurant on the 2 telephone numbers indicated online: no response! The 2 numbers ring in the void. I conclude that the restaurant is closed even though there is no message on their site (the restaurant is closed on Sundays only)! Having paid by paypal, I sent them an email: no response. Since 11:15 a.m. this morning when the restaurant is marked open, I have called at least 10 times on the 2 numbers and there is still no answer. INADMISSIBLE!
